• - Returns will be excepted within 14 days of receipt order.
• - In order to receive a refund or exchange, products must be returned in original condition with tags.
• - Buyer must cover return shipping costs unless an error occurred on our end.
• - If a product is dirty or has been used, a refund will not be given (to our discretion).
• - The refund will be given once we have received the product.
• - We do not offer refunds or returns on sale/clearance items.
• - A refund will be given on products deemed faulty.
• - Refunds are to be made using the same payment used to purchase the product/s.
• - The refund will be the price of the product only, postage will not be refunded.
• - We recommend using Australia post pre-paid satchels for any returns.

• - Due to rising costs of shipping we have a shipping flat rate of $15 on all apparel and non bulky/ heavy items.
• - Regular or express shipping options available on non bulky items.
• - Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment received.
• - Same day shipping for orders placed before 12pm
• - We ship via Australia post.
• - Saddle orders will be sent via courier, please contact us for a quote.
• - A conformation email will be sent when an order has been received and dispatched.
