We offer Exchange & Refund
- - Returns will be excepted within 14 days of receipt order.
- - In order to receive a refund or exchange, products must be returned in original condition with tags.
- - Buyer must cover return shipping costs unless an error occurred on our end.
- - If a product is dirty or has been used, a refund will not be given (to our discretion).
- - The refund will be given once we have received the product.
- -Â We do not offer refunds or returns on sale/clearance items.
- - A refund will be given on products deemed faulty.
- - Refunds are to be made using the same payment used to purchase the product/s.
- - The refund will be the price of the product only, postage will not be refunded.
- - We recommend using Australia post pre-paid satchels for any returns.

- - Free shipping on orders placed over $150 (excludes saddles).
- - Due to rising costs of shipping we have a shipping flat rate of $15 on all apparel and non bulky/ heavy items.
- - Regular or express shipping options available on non bulky items.
- - Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment received.
- - Same day shipping for orders placed before 12pm
- - We ship via Australia post.
- - Saddle orders will be sent via courier, please contact us for a quote.
- - A conformation email will be sent when an order has been received and dispatched.
- - We ship Australia wide.
